This year, five (5) Director positions are to be filled for a two-year term.
The Board of Directors is looking to enrich its team with expertise in:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Corporate social responsibility (CSR)
- Cybersecurity
- Risk management
- Change management
- Philanthropy

Requirements and commitments:
As a board member, you will have the opportunity to:
- Actively participate in Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
- Share your expertise and get involved in various strategic committees.
- Ensure the proper management and achievement of PMI-Montreal’s mission.
- Ensure the organization complies with the law, its bylaws, and PMI’s charter.
- Take governance training to enhance your skills.
- Dedicate a minimum of 70 hours per year to these responsibilities (meetings, committees, preparation for meetings, event participation, representation, etc.).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a member in good standing with PMI and PMI-Montreal as of December 21, 2024, and throughout your term.
- Not be employed by an ATP (Authorized Training Partner) of the Project Management Institute.
Electoral Process:
- The nomination period will run from February 10 to March 10, 2025, at 5 p.m.
- The online voting period will take place from March 21 to April 11, 2025.
- The results will be announced at the Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2025.
